All Items are subject to availability. If we are unable to provide you with the goods you have ordered, you will be contacted as soon as possible and offered the choice of accepting substitute goods of equivalent value or a complete refund of any sums that you have paid. Colour accuracy on the web-site cannot be guaranteed, and will vary depending upon the screen type.

Returns & Exchanges

Poppys Of Exeter is committed to complete customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 48 hours of the time you receive it. Any Items that in our opinion have been damaged by the customer will not be refunded. Note: Shipping charges will NOT be reimbursed for returns or exchanges.

Data Protection

Please note that by sending us your order, you agree to us using your personal details in order to supply the goods to you. We will occasionally contact you with news and special offers related to Poppys Of Exeter. You can opt out of these at any time. Your details will not be passed on to anyone else.

Payment and Delivery

We accept all major credit and debit cards and payment can be made via our website or by telephone, we also accept payment in the shop when you collect your flowers. Our cut off time for sameday delivery is 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm will be delivered the next working day unless otherwise specified. Poppys Of Exeter will endeavour to ensure that all goods are delivered on the correct day but will notify you if this is not possible. PLEASE NOTE: Delivery not available on Sundays with exception of Mothering Sunday.
